It’s simple: choose your date, pick your package, and fill out the booking form. We’ll confirm availability and send you payment details. On the day, we take care of setup, styling and cleanup — you just arrive and enjoy.

Each package includes the full curated setup: table, cushions, blankets, tableware, glassware, cutlery, flowers, candles, bluethooth speaker, portable charger and a parasol.

Depending on the package, cold or hot appetizers are also included.

Each picnic comes with infused sparkling water (mint, cucumber & lime).
Alcohol is not included, but you’re welcome to bring your own.

Yes, you can. If you book the Curated Picnic Setup (without food), you’re welcome to bring your own dishes, snacks or drinks. We provide everything else: tableware, glassware, cutlery and napkins.

We usually host picnics in:

• Tiergarten (Mitte)

• Volkspark Wilmersdorf (Wilmersdorf)

• Charlottenburg Palace Park (Charlottenburg)

You’ll receive the exact location 1 hour before your picnic.
We can also bring the experience to your own garden, terrace or private venue in Berlin.

Each picnic is set for 2,5 hours. Extensions are possible for €50 per additional hour (request when booking).

If the weather is bad, you can:

• move the picnic to your indoor space

• reschedule free of charge 2 days in advance

• host it at our private studio in Berlin (upon request)

• book an alternative indoor venue in advance (for larger groups)

To secure your date, we ask for a €100 refundable deposit. The balance is paid in advance.
You can reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before your picnic. For cancellations, please notify us as early as possible.

Yes! We love tailoring experiences — from dietary requests to romantic proposals or team picnics for up to 20 guests. Just let us know your wishes when booking.
